This policy applies to persons visiting and/or in contact with UNIK Partner AB (“UNIK Partner”) and our website www.unikpartner.com.

We use the personal information we collect to:

Communicate via e-mail and store information in third party systems such as CRM system:
When in contact with UNIK Partner, personal data you provide is saved to enable future interaction and fulfilment of service. The data is saved as long as there is an ongoing relation. We save data on name, e-mail, address, phone number, billing information and communication. According to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, some information must be stored seven years. If consent is given and/or it is of mutual interest, additional data may be stored.

Handle applications for a position or network partnership:
When applying for a position or network partnership, we need your consent to handle your personal data. This is necessary to enable the recruitment process. Data is saved for up to two years after submitted application, according to the Swedish Discrimination Act. We save data on name, e-mail, address, phone number, communication, CV/resumé and cover letter.

Execute agreements:
To deliver service agreed upon with customers or sub-consultants, personal data in agreements is stored. The data is stored as long as the agreement is active and/or
i) there is a legal obligation attached to our commitment
ii) there is an interest in developing a collaboration between UNIK Partner and the other party.

We save data on name, e-mail, address, phone number, billing information and communication. According to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, some information must be stored seven years.
