Choose one of the following:

Informal Influence (Soft Power)

“Discovering the inner nature of Leadership”
A lecture that highlights how influence arises beyond formal structures, and the forces that in practice always shape an organization. Participants are given a language for what is otherwise difficult to pinpoint—but which ultimately determines how leadership actually works.

Quality Management

“Discovering the red thread of Quality”
This lecture deconstructs what quality really is, thereby offering a new perspective on how quality is created in practice, beyond individual methods.

Structural Leadership (Governance)

“Unleashing the potential of organizational capability”
The lecture breaks down common organizational problems and shows how they often stem from deficiencies in governance, and how this impacts everything else happening within an organization.

Navigational Leadership (Strategic Management)

“Mapping out operations”
The lecture clarifies the steps from intention to actual operations, regardless of complexity or context, and creates a practical framework for strategic planning
