SELECTED ASSIGNMENTS

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, 2019-2020 (12 MONTHS)
Acting Product/Project Manager for a software project where the task was to develop a software tool from only running on Windows host to become cross-platform compatible (Linux/Windows).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, 2015-2015 (6 MONTHS)
Took over a project and managed a cross functional team of eight engineers and several partners to develop a HVAC system which included electronics, embedded system, UX design, and prototyping. One part was to visualize the true project performance and health and ways to improve the project.

AGILE COACH, 2015-2015 (3 MONTHS)
Acting project coach to assist a company within clean tech to implement and develop their project methods in order to build a new production line.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, 2012-2012 (6 MONTHS)
Product development, supply, logistics, and production planning for a new medical device (ISO13485). In addition, I planned and implemented the ‘hand over’ to production. This was a role with many contact interfaces within the company and abroad as well as with partners.
